(the “Website”), and (ii) the purchase of any goods and product(s) (hereinafter the “products”) online in the US, through this Website, by the individual accessing or using, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using this Website, as applicable (“you”).

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

No Purchase for Resale

Prices
All prices are quoted and exclusively payable in US dollars. The prices displayed on products on this Website (i) do not include sales tax; and (ii) do not include shipping and delivery costs, which will be applied per order according to the chosen delivery method and delivery location. Prices and delivery costs as quoted on this Website are subject to change from time to time in BOXTO’s discretion.
Payment
BOXTO accepts several payment methods at check out of this Website. Depending upon the means of payment, BOXTO may require additional information, including specific forms of identification. All payment methods may be subject to validation checks and authorization by the payment system providers. By placing an order, you expressly authorize us to perform security checks from you, including but not limited to payment card details, authentication of your identity, or validation of payment card.
Payment for the products is to be made at time of order. Payments made by credit or debit card, will be pre-authorized and deducted according to the policies of each financial institution. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute our offer to sell. If your debit or credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is declined, BOXTO will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.
Shipping & Delivery
BOXTO will process your order for shipping once your order is placed in this Website. Order processing may take up to 48 hours after checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled after placed. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as the purchaser. Shipping options may vary depending upon delivery address.
BOXTO will provide an estimated delivery date based on your shipping selection, delivery address, Zip Code, and where the product(s) ships from, oafter each order is placed in this Website.
A valid street address and U.S. Zip Code shall be required to ensure we deliver the products as expected.
Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods. Express, expedited, and next-day delivery may be available through FedEx and/or other carriers (special charges may apply.)Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends and Holidays.
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. There may be partial shipments. We reserve the right to split the delivery of any order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment.
If an order is subject to taxes depending on your location, you will be responsible for payment of any such taxes. Please note that we do not control these charges.
BOXTO is not responsible for damage or loss of products that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Currently, BOXTO cannot place orders that ship to addresses outside of the U.S.
We do not currently offer international shipping, but are working on a solution for our valued customers outside the U.S.

You are responsible for all the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on this Website.

Returns
Unless otherwise stated expressly by BOXTO, you can return the purchase made in this Website in accordance with the terms of the return policy described hereinbelow. Products purchased at retail locations (golf pro shops, department stores, specialized stores, other retail stores) may only be returned at such retail locations and in accordance with their policies.
You are permitted to return products in new condition if they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. In the event your claim is justified (as determined by BOXTO in its sole discretion), the purchase price will be refunded. Items cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt of your shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery. Original shipping costs and/or charges are non-refundable. All returns will be charged and shall be paid by you.
Start your return process online by visiting boxtogolf.com/returns. Please note that you must use the return shipping label that is generated by the Website in order to exclude you from postage fees for returns.
Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. If applicable, BOXTO will inform you when we receive and approve your return. BOXTO will aim to process refunds within 10 business days. Additional financial institutions’ refund processing timelines may apply. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email
All returns shall meet the following standards:
- The products are in new condition.
- The products were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The package must be sent physically from within the U.S.
- The product is in its original state and packaging.
- All items shall be clean, unworn, not washed or altered and with all their original labels/tags on.
BOXTO shall only refund items returned to us in a resaleable condition. Products made to personal specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
BOXTO is not responsible for any returns damaged, lost in transit or any additional charges incurred in return shipment. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Custom shoes cannot be returned or exchanged due to the custom nature of the products.

Exchanges
Unless otherwise stated expressly by BOXTO, you can exchange the purchase made in this Website in accordance with the terms described hereinbelow. Products purchased at retail locations (golf pro shops, department stores, specialized stores) may only be exchanged at such retail locations and in accordance with their policies.
Exchanges for purchases made in this Website may be processed exclusively for the same item/style purchased in a different size. All Exchanges for different items/styles must go through the return process and the placement of a new order in this Website. Exchange orders cannot be edited once submitted.
BOXTO will cover the shipping costs exclusively for one (1) product exchange per client/customer/order. All other shipping costs associated to subsequent exchanges, if any, shall be entirely paid by you.
Title Transfer & Risk of Loss
You bear all risk of loss and damage to the product(s) from the time of delivery. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a standard carrier, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the product(s), including any delivery charges, has been received.
Limitation of Liability
These Terms set out the full extent of our agreement and understanding in respect to any claim arising from or related to your order, purchase and/or return of products sold through this Website.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of either party to the other on all claims arising from or relating to this agreement, whether in contract, warranty, tort, strict liability, statute, or otherwise, shall be limited to the sum paid to BOXTO for the product(s) purchased in the relevant transaction.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, BOXTO will not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, for: any lost profits or lost data, that result from your access or use of, or your inability to access or use, this Website; or for the performance of the products purchased at this Website; or for any user content or any other activity in connection with your orders or purchases, even if BOXTO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You assume total responsibility for your use and access to this Website. Your only remedy against BOXTO in connection with any alleged damages arising from your use or access to this Website or any content is to stop using or accessing this Website. If any part of this limitation of liability is determined to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, you agree that BOXTO’s liability to you for any damage or loss shall be limited to the fullest extent enforceable by applicable law.
