Shipping & Handling

BOXTO will process your order for shipping once your order is placed on this Website. Order processing may take up to 48 hours after checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled after placed. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as the purchaser. Shipping options may vary depending upon the delivery address. 

 

BOXTO will provide an estimated delivery date based on your shipping selection, delivery address, Zip Code, and where the product(s) ships from, after each order is placed in this Website. 

 

A valid street address and U.S. Zip Code shall be required to ensure we deliver the products as expected.

 

Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods. Express, expedited, and next-day delivery may be available through FedEx and/or other carriers (special charges may apply.)Orders are not processed and shipped on weekends and Holidays.

 

If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. There may be partial shipments. We reserve the right to split the delivery of any order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each shipment.

If an order is subject to taxes depending on your location, you will be responsible for payment of any such taxes. Please note that we do not control these charges.

 

BOXTO is not responsible for damage or loss of products that occurs after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

 

Currently, BOXTO cannot place orders that ship to addresses outside of the U.S. 

 

We do not currently offer international shipping, but are working on a solution for our valued customers outside the U.S.
