Returns

 

Unless otherwise stated expressly by BOXTO, you can return the purchase made on this Website in accordance with the terms of the return policy described hereinbelow. Products purchased at retail locations (golf pro shops, department stores, specialized stores, other retail stores) may only be returned at such retail locations and in accordance with their policies. 

 

You are permitted to return products in the new condition if they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you receive them. In the event your claim is justified (as determined by BOXTO in its sole discretion), the purchase price will be refunded. Items cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt of your shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery. Original shipping costs and/or charges are non-refundable. All returns will be charged and shall be paid by you. 

 

Start your return process online by visiting boxtogolf.com/returns. Please note that you must use the return shipping label that is generated by the Website in order to exclude you from postage fees for returns.

 

Refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. If applicable, BOXTO will inform you when we receive and approve your return. BOXTO will aim to process refunds within 10 business days. Additional financial institutions’ refund processing timelines may apply. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email.

 

All returns shall meet the following standards: 

  • The products are in a new condition. 
  • The products were purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The package must be sent physically from within the U.S.
  • The product is in its original state and packaging.
  • All items shall be clean, unworn, not washed or altered and with all their original labels/tags on. 

 

BOXTO shall only refund items returned to us in a resaleable condition. Products made to personal specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

BOXTO is not responsible for any returns damaged, lost in transit or any additional charges incurred in return shipment. We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. 

 

Only regular priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

 

Custom shoes cannot be returned or exchanged due to the custom nature of the products.

Exchanges 

 

Unless otherwise stated expressly by BOXTO, you can exchange the purchase made on this Website in accordance with the terms described hereinbelow. Products purchased at retail locations (golf pro shops, department stores, specialized stores) may only be exchanged at such retail locations and in accordance with their policies. 

 

Exchanges for purchases made on this Website may be processed exclusively for the same item/style purchased in a different size. All Exchanges for different items/styles must go through the return process and the placement of a new order on this Website. Exchange orders cannot be edited once submitted.

 

BOXTO will cover the shipping costs exclusively for one (1) product exchange per client/customer/order. All other shipping costs associated to subsequent exchanges, if any, shall be entirely paid by you.
