If using your original shipping box for packaging your return, please remove any shipping labels.
Please use your shoebox as the shipping box when returning footwear.

Ship back the shoes

Please send back the shoes to the next address.

We receive the package

Please allow 30 business days for the receipt and processing of your return.

You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been complete.

Once complete, Boxto will send the new size shoes to the shipping address.
